Pharmacy Supervisor

Job Description:
A leading hospital in Jeddah is looking to hire a qualified Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee daily inpatient pharmacy operations and ensure safe, effective, and compliant medication management in accordance with Saudi healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise inpatient pharmacy operations and workflow
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and Saudi healthcare standards
• Support and guide pharmacy staff to maintain high-quality patient care
• Coordinate with medical and nursing teams regarding medication management
• Monitor medication safety, storage, and distribution processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
• Valid SCFHS license
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a hospital pharmacy setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Immediate availability is an advantage
• Candidates currently based in Jeddah or within KSA only
