Are you a high school student or recent graduate interested in healthcare or science? This is your chance to get real-world experience in a pharmacy while learning on the job!
What You’ll Do
As a Pharmacy Tech Retail Trainee, you’ll work alongside licensed pharmacists and pharmacy techs to:
Learn how to prepare and label medications
Help customers pick up prescriptions and answer basic questions
Enter data into pharmacy systems
Help with ordering, stocking, and organizing medications
Support special programs like curbside pickup and bedside delivery
You’ll also complete online and in-person training to build your skills and prepare for your Maryland Pharmacy Technician License (which you’ll need within 6 months of starting).
Who Can Apply?
We’re looking for students who are:
Currently in high school or have a high school diploma/GED
Eager to learn and grow in a healthcare setting
Comfortable using computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to complete online training on their own time
No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
