Pharmacy Technician (1 Year Contract / Perm)

Location: Queenstown
Salary: Up to $2,500/month (based on experience)
Working Hours: Shift-based (details available upon inquiry)

Responsibilities:

• Process prescriptions and medication orders for inpatient and outpatient settings

• Pick, pack, label, and dispense medications accurately

• Perform billing duties and maintain pharmacy cleanliness

• Participate in pharmacy-related improvement projects

• Maintain stock using FEFO (First-Expiry-First-Out) method

• Replenish ward stock and Omnicell supplies

• Receive and verify stock deliveries

• Assist with repackaging and conduct stock counts

• Dispense medications to patients following SOPs and pharmacy guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science

• Completed Basic Skills Test or CPTC (Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification)

• Strong initiative and ability to work independently

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays occasionally
