We're seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary range: $15-$18/hour

Schedule: Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) around pharmacy hours (Monday – Friday 8a-8p/Saturday 10a-3p/Sunday 12p- 3p)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
• Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.
• Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
• Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” processing.
• Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.
• Must adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Pharmacy technician license or certification (in good standing) a plus

• Flexibility to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
