Pharmacy Technician

An independently owned and operated pharmacy in Corbin, KY is seeking a full time pharmacy technician to join our team. A consistent schedule and a pleasant work environment make this an exceptional job opportunity for the right candidate. We offer our customers a wide variety of services including traditional pharmacy with drive thru windows and delivery, a large compounding area, immunizations, point-of-care services and health & wellness specialties. Previous pharmacy experience is a plus, but it is not requires for this position.

Applicant should possess the following attributes:

- highly self-motivated and eager to learn new skill sets

- excellent, professional communication and customer service skills (in-person and via phone) with patients, doctors and insurance companies

- accurately and efficiently process prescription orders, manage inventory and complete others pharmacy duties

- dependable and dedicated team player that works efficiently with other staff members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
