Who You Are:

We are in search of an exceptional and professional Pharmacy Technician who will show up on time with a great attitude and a willingness to grow. Pharmacy Technicians are an integral part of the compounding team and critical to the success of the pharmacy. We can’t do it without them! If you pride yourself in your attention to detail, are eager to expand your skills, and would like to embark on an exciting and fulfilling pharmacy career with our exceptional team, we’d love to talk to you! Other qualifications we hope you have are:

• Full time (M-F) evening shifts, Part Time (Sa-Su) availability. Willing to work with your schedule if you can work weekends!
• Must have a Pharmacy Technician license from the state of WA
• Prior experience and/or certification in IV/Sterile Compounding is not required but would be HUGE
• Experience is great — but attitude, reliability, and growth mindset matter most!
• Flexible and adaptable to change as we expand our horizons

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll work hand-in-hand with pharmacists to ensure every patient receives medications that meet the highest quality standards. Your day may include:

• Typing and processing prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Compounding sterile and non-sterile products using cleanroom protocols
• Filling prescriptions with the appropriate drug and quantity
• Reviewing patient profiles and retrieving specific data as directed by the pharmacist
• Maintaining cleanliness of labs and sterile rooms
• Assisting in the proper disposal and documentation of pharmaceutical and biological waste
• Assisting in creating training tools
• Packaging and preparing medication for shipment

Pharmacy Shifts Needed:

PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Weekends: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Mid-shift may be offered or as needed on weekdays
