Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM + occasional Saturday

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in non-sterile compounding, a strong commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and compound customized medications (creams, capsules, suspensions, etc.) according to pharmacist instructions and established formulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant compounding environment in accordance with USP <795>, and <800> standards.
- Accurately label, package, and document compounded prescriptions.
- Manage inventory of raw ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
- Assist pharmacists with prescription processing, data entry, and patient communications as needed.
- Follow all safety and quality assurance protocols to ensure patient safety and product integrity.
Qualifications
- Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Active FLORIDA Pharmacy Technician License/Registration.
- Minimum one Year of pharmacy technician experience (retail, hospital, or compounding).
- Strong attention to detail, math skills, and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Preferred:
- Prior compounding experience (non-sterile or sterile).
- Familiarity with USP <795>, <797>, <800>, and beyond-use dating (BUD) guidelines.
- Experience with compounding equipment (balances, ointment mills, MAZ mixers, etc.).
