Position Summary:
The Pharmacy Technician at WE LEVEL UP is responsible for supporting licensed pharmacists in the preparation and distribution of medications, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role is integral to providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
Position Responsibilities:

Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to prescriptions.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medication histories and insurance information.

Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, and stocking pharmaceuticals and supplies.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to pharmacy operations.

Operate and maintain pharmacy equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working order.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Completion of a pharmacy technician certification program preferred.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
