Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Process prescriptions and maintain accurate patient and medication records
• Support daily pharmacy workflow and operations
• Help manage inventory and maintain organization of pharmacy supplies
• Provide friendly, professional service to patients and customers
• Answer routine pharmacy-related questions within technician scope and direct clinical questions to the pharmacist
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations
• Work closely with pharmacists and team members to support an efficient, well-run pharmacy

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration/certification in good standing, as required by state law
• Previous Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
• Strong understanding of prescription processing and general pharmacy workflow
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Experience with pharmacy software and third-party processing is a plus
