Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in pharmacy operations, patient care, retail setting. In this role, you will assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications, provide excellent customer service , and help ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.

Duties

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately under the supervision of licensed pharmacists.
• Manage inventory control by tracking medication stock levels, ordering supplies.
• Provide exceptional patient service by answering phone calls and assisting with questions.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized work environment.
• Comply with all Pharmacy laws and regulations, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast- paced environment as team work.
• State Pharmacy Technician Registration/ will assist if needed.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Starting as a part time, 20 -30 hours a week , fixed schedule.
• Competitive pay based on experience

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
