Pharmacy Technician

We are looking to hire a dependable, efficient, and professional pharmacy technician to assist our team. The ideal candidate has experience with managing inventory, as well as a thorough understanding of the most current pharmacy procedures. Our pharmacy is an innovative pharmacy located in a residential area so we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who like being part of a close-knit team and enjoy working in an office setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer care.
• Examine prescription labels and advise customers of prescription name and dosage.
• Maintain knowledge of drugs and drug interactions.
• Enter prescription information into computer system.
• Be aware of state regulations concerning the practice of pharmacy technicians.
• Communicate clearly with customers and other pharmacy staff.
• Use good judgment when dealing with customers, coworkers, and the public.
• Fluent in SPANISH. (REQUIRED).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
