Duties

• Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, dispensing, and inventory management to ensure accurate and timely delivery of pharmaceuticals.
• Support patient intake processes by processing prescriptions, updating medical records, and clarifying medication orders.
• Prepare medications using non-sterile compounding techniques.
• Provide excellent patient service by answering patient questions via phone and in person
• Prepare and manage web orders and shipments

Skills

• Proven experience as a pharmacy technician, preferably retail settings.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology
• Excellent patient service skills with a focus on compassionate communication and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and inventory management tools.
