Duties
Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately, including oral, topical, and injectable forms. Manage medication inventory by restocking shelves, verifying stock levels, and ensuring proper storage conditions. Perform medication intake procedures by reviewing prescriptions, verifying patient information, and processing medication orders. Administer medications under supervision, including IV infusions and aseptic techniques for sterile preparations. Provide exceptional patient service by answering medication-related questions and supporting patient care initiatives. Maintain detailed records of medication administration, inventory logs, and patient interactions to ensure compliance with medical terminology standards. Other duties as assigned.

Skills
Proven pharmacy technician experience with a strong understanding of medical terminology and hospital pharmacy procedures. Knowledge of IV infusion preparation, aseptic technique, and medication administration protocols. Excellent patient service skills with a focus on patient care and safety. Strong organizational skills to manage intake processes, inventory control, and documentation accurately. Hospital experience that demonstrates familiarity with acute care workflows and medication management systems. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail and compliance standards.
