What You’ll Do:

• Process and fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Enter insurance claims and troubleshoot rejections
• Assist patients with professionalism and care
• Coordinate refill requests and doctor communications
• Manage inventory and medication ordering
• Handle prior authorizations
• Support delivery coordination and patient adherence programs
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Pharmacy technician experience preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of insurance billing
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
✔ Experience with MicroMerchant software is a plus
