Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Pharmacy Technician fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team.
In this role, you will assist pharmacists in providing exceptional patient care by accurately preparing medications, managing medication orders, and supporting clinical services across various healthcare settings. Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with medication preparation.
- Manage medication intake processes, verifying prescriptions and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, explaining medication instructions in both English and Spanish, and addressing patient concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain compliance with medical terminology standards and pharmacy regulations during medication handling and documentation.
Requirements
- Valid pharmacy technician license or certification as required by state law.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Prior pharmacy technician experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to pharmacy practice and patient care.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing intake processes and medication documentation.
