Location: Michigan
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time | Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) to join our healthcare/PBM team. The ideal candidate will hold an active Michigan pharmacy technician license, have strong organizational skills, and be able to work in a hybrid environment. This role requires flexibility with scheduling and strict adherence to patient privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and daily pharmacy operations
• Maintain accurate patient and prescription records
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all pharmacy regulations
• Use Microsoft Outlook and internal systems for communication and workflow management
• Follow established procedures and instructions carefully
• Support the clinical team by facilitating communication between healthcare providers, pharmacists, nurses, and physicians
• Maintain professionalism when handling confidential patient information

Requirements

• National certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician License
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
• Availability to work any shift including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• Experience in a PBM or healthcare setting
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
