The current available shift is 11:30 AM to 8 PM ET, Monday-Friday, with an occasional Saturday shift required. Training will occur remotely for the first 30 days.
Our Service Team is the primary contact for our members and their healthcare providers. As the core of our business, Service Team members are valued and respected. We strive to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge to assist and deliver exceptional service and education to each member. Member Services team members build strong, lasting relationships with members by understanding their needs and concerns. This team takes the lead in providing an enjoyable experience for every person who contacts CBG via our Service Center.
