About the Role

• Full-time (30–39 hours/week, flexible within that range)
• Competitive pay based on experience (We aim to offer meaningful growth—if we can’t improve your current compensation, we understand if it’s not the right fit.)
• Schedule designed for balance:
• M–F close at 7pm
• Saturdays close at 2pm
• Closed Sundays
• Rotating shifts (mornings/evenings + every other Saturday)

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years recent experience in a busy retail pharmacy
• Strong understanding of full pharmacy workflow
• Self-starter with initiative and accountability
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Lives within 25 miles of North Raleigh

Bonus (not required):

• PioneerRx experience
• Non-sterile compounding experience and/or knowledge
• Interest in nutrition, wellness, or a healthy lifestyle
