We are seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacy Technician with strong sterile compounding experience to join a collaborative and fast-paced pharmacy team. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and compound sterile IV medications in accordance with established protocols

• Support pharmacists in medication preparation, distribution, and inventory management

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

• Maintain cleanroom and sterile compounding environments

• Accurately process medication orders using electronic medical records

• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care

  Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy technician experience

  • Sterile compounding (IV) experience required

  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols

  • Experience working with EMR systems (Cerner preferred)

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment
