Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach in our Pharmacy Tech program. This is a part-time professional position reporting directly to the Program Director. The primary responsibility will be to teach Pharmacy Tech courses. Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, assist the program director, and participate in department training, meetings, and graduation.

Requirements

• Completion of a Pharmcay Tech program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or a Diploma; an associate degree is preferred
• CPhT and/or PTCP, and/or ExCPT certification is required
• At least three years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven
• Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
