Pharmacy Technician Lab

Pharmacy Innovations is looking for a reliable, experienced technician to join our Sterile and Non-Sterile Lab Teams.

We will train you to compound sterile and non-sterile preparations, creams, suspensions, capsules, troches, suppositories and more for human and veterinary use.

In this position, you will work in an environment where the highest professional and ethical standards are maintained as well as full compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. This position works 1st shift, Monday through Friday.

The selected candidate will be required to register in Pennsylvania as a Pharmacy Technician. We will provide the training and support needed to successfully transition into that role.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Comply with all state and federal laws, rules, and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy
• Ensure cleaning and garbing is performed exactly as outlined in the company policies and procedures
• Compound all required types of preparations accurately and in compliance with master worksheets
• Operate all compounding equipment accurately and according to company policies and procedures
• Prepare work area and products accurately and thoroughly prior to compounding
• Pass all initial and on-going validations and advanced complex media-fill verifications
• Accountable for activities in production area(s) to meet goals, and quality objectives
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Effectively integrate knowledge into job functions and continually strive for professional development
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
• Assist other areas as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Ability to meet all requirements for registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the State Board of Pharmacy by June 28th, 2026 (required).
• Basic mathematical skills, including knowledge of metric system and its unit conversion
• Strong, consistent attention to detail
• Pharmacy Compounding Experience (preferred)
