Pharmacy Technician / Pharmacist – Prescription Savings Representative

RxNow is looking for individuals with pharmacy experience who want to help expand access to more affordable prescription options for uninsured and cash-paying patients.

If you have worked in a retail or community pharmacy setting, your understanding of prescription workflows and pricing can translate well into this opportunity.

Role Overview

• Support awareness of prescription savings options for cash-paying patients

• Introduce RxNow as an additional pricing resource where appropriate

• Build familiarity within retail and grocery pharmacy environments

• Monitor activity through usage reports and grow your monthly volume

This is not a traditional sales position. The role is centered around relationship development and consistency over time.

Compensation Model

Earnings are based on the number of prescriptions processed under your Member ID each month.

Monthly payout structure:

• 0–49 prescriptions → $1.00 each

• 50–99 prescriptions → $1.25 each

• 100–149 prescriptions → $1.50 each

• 150–249 prescriptions → $1.75 each

• 250+ prescriptions → $2.00 each

Payments are issued monthly based on prior month totals.

Refills connected to your Member ID continue to generate ongoing income.
