Join our closed-door pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor. Work in collaboration with the Pharmacist-in-Charge to execute day-to-day operational needs, including overseeing department workflow, ensuring that your team is appropriately trained, and providing feedback to ensure teams are performing their duties according to organizational standards and current priorities.
Location: On site at our Closed door LTC Baltimore Pharmacy
Salary: Starting at $65,000 - $75,000 annually (dependent on experience and license type)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 12:00am, rotating weekends (2nd Shift)
Report To: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support team operations, including scheduling, attendance tracking, coaching, and performance reviews.- Coordinate daily workflow and shift assignments, ensuring deadlines and accuracy standards are met.
- Monitor and maintain pharmacy systems and automated dispensing equipment, addressing faults and ensuring proper inventory replenishment.
- Oversee bulk dispensing and labeling processes, ensuring compliance with standards and timely order fulfillment.
- Manage staging and toting activities, ensuring accurate product placement and supply replenishment.
- Handle facility returns and ensures compliance with expiration, credit, and disposal policies.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and couriers, escalating issues and ensuring smooth operations across departments.
- The ability to adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer
Qualifications:

Must be registered as a Pharmacy Technician and in good standing with Maryland State Board of Pharmacy.

Nationally certified as a Pharmacy Technician (PTCB/NHA) preferred.
- Two to three years prior supervisory pharmacy technician experience required.

Familiarity with light assembly or machine operations is helpful.
