Job Summary
**Mon: 12pm to 8pm/Fri: 8:30am to noon and/or Sat: 12 to 8:15pm ONLY (with ability to pick up swaps or drop shifts for more hours)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform responsibilities within point-of-sale computer system and perform point-of-sale transactions.
- Be knowledgeable of the CT cannabis program and products to be able to communicate effectively to patients.
- Professionally resolve conflict and disputes.
- Promptly and efficiently answer patient concerns and/or questions.
- Establish and maintain great rapport with patients and staff.
- Check in patients under proper protocol standards.
- Facilitate the patient renewal process.
- Assist prospective patients in working through the registration process to become a patient.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Answer emails and/or forward to appropriate staff member.
- Provide great customer service to patients and prospective patients.
- Assist in filing and scanning patient files according to the filing and scanning system protocols.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPPA guidelines.
- Perform facility cleaning and disinfecting protocols.
- Perform other tasks when assigned by your supervisor.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- An active CT Pharmacy Technician license is required.
- 1-3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience is required.
- BILINGUAL IS A BIG PLUS!
- CT Dispensary Experience preferred
- Experience in the retail and/or health industry is a plus.
- Must give consent for a background check per state cannabis regulations.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Must be able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to manage conflict.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
