PHC MARKETER / COMMUNITY LIAISON

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between our organization and the community, fostering relationships and promoting our services. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for community engagement. The Community Liaison will be responsible for implementing outreach strategies, managing digital marketing initiatives, and analyzing community needs to enhance our service offerings.

Duties

• Develop and implement community outreach programs to promote our services and engage with local stakeholders.
• Conduct research to identify community needs and trends, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and SEO strategies.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Facebook Advertising, Email Marketing, and Google AdWords.
• Create engaging content for social media channels and maintain an active presence on platforms like WordPress.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring effective product management.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design promotional materials that resonate with the target audience.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing strategies using analytics tools.
• Assist in budgeting for marketing initiatives and ensure resources are allocated effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including E-commerce, SEO, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly in creating targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook.
• Experience in sales or product management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional content is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML is advantageous for website management tasks.
• Excellent research skills to identify community trends and needs effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
