Phlebotomist/Health Care Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist / Healthcare Assistant / Lab Technician to join our medical team. The candidate will be responsible for sample collection, basic laboratory procedures, patient care, and maintaining quality and hygiene standards across our center.

Key Responsibilities

Phlebotomy & Sample Collection

• Collect blood samples using standard venipuncture techniques
• Label, store, and transport samples accurately
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and proper identification

Laboratory Duties

• Assist in routine laboratory tests as per SOPs
• Operate and maintain basic lab equipment
• Maintain records, reports, and sample logs
• Follow quality protocols

Patient Care & Assistance

• Guide patients regarding test procedures
• Assist doctors and nurses during procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards

Administrative & Support

• Coordinate with front desk and lab team
• Manage inventory of consumables and reagents
• Handle home sample collection

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: DMLT / BMLT / MLT / Certified Phlebotomy Course
• Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers may apply)
• Skills:
• - Good communication & patient-handling skills
• - Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and biomedical waste management
• - Willingness to travel for home collections
