Position Overview

We are looking for a Medical Assistant who is also strong at front desk operations, with experience in phlebotomy and injections. The role will be a mix of both front desk reception work and medical assisting when needed.

What You’ll Do

Front Desk & Client Experience

· Manage bookings, memberships, group events, etc.

· Studio cleanliness, laundry, inventory, etc.

· Recordkeeping & payment management

· Answer calls, texts, and emails

Medical Assisting & Phlebotomy

· Perform blood draws (phlebotomy)

· Manage bloodwork including centrifuging (training included)

· Manage pick-ups, orders, shipping, etc.

· Administer intramuscular vitamin injections

Required Qualifications

Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or NCMA)

Experience with phlebotomy (required)

Experience administering injections (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Compensation & Perks

Schedule

We are hiring for two shift times:

· Mon-Fri 8AM-2PM

· Mon-Fri 2PM-6PM

· Rotating Saturday shifts (typically two shifts per month)

In-person at Deliberate Wellness in Vineyard, UT
