Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant/Clinical Research Assistant

We are a growing clinical research site conducting Phase I–IV clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas. Our team is dedicated to advancing medical research while providing exceptional patient care and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

We are looking for a full-time Phlebotomists/Medical Assistants to join our team. You will perform venipuncture, timed blood draws, specimen processing, and support study procedures while ensuring accurate documentation and a positive experience for our participants. This is an in-office role for someone with attention to detail, excellent patient care skills, and an interest in clinical research.

Qualifications:

• Phlebotomy experience required; clinical research experience a plus
• Proficiency in specimen collection, processing, and labeling
• Experience with centrifugation, aliquoting, and shipment preparation preferred
• Familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines and clinical research protocols preferred
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a research team
