Part-Time Real Estate Photographer – ListerPros

ListerPros is hiring a dependable, part-time Real Estate Photographer to support our growing team. This role requires set weekly availability on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, with appointments scheduled between approximately 9:00 AM and sunset.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and passionate about producing high-quality visual media for homes throughout the Valley. Previous photography experience is required.

Compensation & Pay Growth

• Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.30 per mile
• Expected Hours: 20+ hours per week
• Job Type: Part-time
• Work Location: Field-based (traveling to properties)

Team members can increase their pay to $18.00 per hour after 90 days by:

• Successfully completing company training
• Passing the FAA Part 107 drone certification exam
• Demonstrating the ability to independently perform all offered services
• Maintaining strong performance in reliability, accuracy, and customer service

Applicants who already hold an FAA Part 107 certification may qualify to start at $18.00 per hour.

Schedule Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

This is a fixed four-day-per-week position:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday

Saturday availability is mandatory, as it is one of our busiest business days. Weekday-only roles may become available in the future depending on business needs and seniority.

All Equipment Provided

Mileage Reimbursement

Drive time between properties is reimbursed at $0.30 per mile.

PTO & Sick Time

• PTO available for team members working 25+ hours per week
• Sick time accrues at 1 hour per 30 hours worked (up to 40 hours)

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Ability to commit to the required four-day schedule (including Saturdays)
• Prior photography experience
• Self-motivated and punctual
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable carrying equipment upstairs, working indoors and outdoors, and driving throughout the Valley

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality images of residential and commercial properties
• Operate professional photography, video, and drone equipment
• Complete FAA Part 107 certification within 6 months (training and exam cost covered)
• Learn and execute photography, video, and 3D tour services
• Travel between properties and represent ListerPros professionally
