Advanced Dermatology is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk / Phone Receptionist to join our fast-paced, privately owned dermatology practice.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and can confidently manage a high volume of patient interactions both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage high-volume phone calls
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Verify insurance and patient demographics
  • Process referrals and documentation
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Assist patients with questions and concerns
  • Work closely with providers and clinical staff

Qualifications:

  • Previous medical office experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong computer and multitasking abilities
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
