Phone Representative

Must have great customer service skills

Answer phones and take delivery/ Carryout orders over the phone

Monitor DoorDash, Ubereats orders & GrubHub

Communicate with other employees and customers

May be required to bag orders, making sure all items are in the order.

Collect payments for carryouts

Basic math skills required

Handle cash and credit card payments

Must be organized and have legible hand writting.

You will also engage in cash handling and basic math tasks as part of your responsibilities. With relevant skills in data entry and outbound calling, you will contribute to maintaining accurate records and enhancing client satisfaction.
