A professional construction company is seeking a customer service representative to answer phones, manage customer requests, and online scheduling coordination.

MUST-HAVE Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills while interacting over the phone with our wealthy customer base
  • Current computer skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer and manage all phone calls at our offices in Hanover, MA
  • Arrange and confirm appointments and installations
  • Provide scheduling support for design staff and installation teams
