**The Role**

This is a phone-based B2B sales position. You'll be reaching out to companies in the hospitality, construction, design, and stone industries to introduce TuffSkin and RockStar and build lasting client relationships. You'll have a real products that sell themselves — your job is to get us in front of the right people.

**What You'll Do**- Make outbound calls to prospective business clients from our data base- Identify decision-makers and pitch TuffSkin's surface protection solutions and RockStar Sealing Systems- Follow up on leads and manage your pipeline- Hit (and exceed) weekly and monthly sales targets- Represent TuffSkin with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm**What We're Looking For**- Self-motivated and money-driven — you want to earn, not just clock in- Energetic communicator who isn't afraid of the phone- Coachable and competitive with a positive attitude- Prior sales experience is a plus, but NOT required — we'll train the right person- Reliable, organized, and results-oriented
