Phone Sales and Scheduling

Cosmetic Dental Associates is currently seeking to employ an individual with experience in sales, customer service, and relations. This position will be responsible for getting in touch with the current patient database via call out, text and email. He/she will be responsible for scheduling patients for their routine exams and cleanings, as well as any recommended treatment by the doctor. Scheduler will be responsible for keeping track of how many appointments they schedule. They will also be responsible for keeping track of the number of patients that arrive that they scheduled. We offer health care benefits, 401K, Paid Time Off and a bonus system. Office Hours are: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm; Friday 7:30am-12pm. Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone calls to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Engage with patients over the phone to promote and schedule treatment
- Build and maintain relationships with patients
- Communicate effectively to understand and explain patients needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the Admin team to ensure a smooth process for patients
- Meet or exceed communication targets and quotas

- Meet or exceed production targets and quotas

Qualifications:
- Experience in telemarketing or call center is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
