Job Summary - Telemarketing, Sales and Marketing

- Experience in phone sales with a proven track record is necessary

- Bilingual Spanish and English speaking applicants will be give a preference
- Strong work ethic and dedication a must
- We are looking for team player that has a minimum of 2 years in Sales and Marketing experience
- Receive and convert lead calls for select properties, pre-screen prospects and sell
- Computer savvy with experience in Word, Excel, and Power Point, internet explorer, social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram etc
- Professional and friendly demeanor- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent keyboarding and organizational skills- Moderate driving may be required to go on-site to our properties
