Phone Sales Representative

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and energetic individual to step into the role of Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing sales team where you’ll help drive new business, support sales initiatives, and build lasting client connections.

Main Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking to generate new business opportunities
• Handle incoming inquiries and assess customer needs through effective communication
• Collaborate on sales plans designed to surpass team goals and performance benchmarks
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
• Join regular team meetings, attend training programs, and take part in company events
• Assist senior team members and account executives in closing deals and managing client relationships
• Deliver top-tier customer support and develop trusted relationships with prospects and clients
• Keep up to date with our product lineup and trends in the industry

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally
• Comfortable working independently or collaborating in a team setting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms is a plus
• Background in retail or customer service is beneficial but not essential
