Phone Sales Representative

Are you a driven, confident communicator who excels in a results-focused environment? Looking to represent a respected name in the precious metals space? Orion Metal Exchange—a premier dealer in gold, silver, and other precious metals—is seeking a high-energy Dialer to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound and inbound calls to qualified prospects and warm leads
• Educate prospective clients on precious metals investment options, including IRAs and direct purchases
• Build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and retail investors
• Manage and nurture a sales pipeline with consistent follow-up to close business
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous phone sales experience (financial services, precious metals, insurance, or related fields strongly preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication and closing ability
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated with strong time management and discipline
• Comfortable operating in a high-volume call environment

Pay: $65,000.80 - $92,000.00 per year
