As we continue to expand nationally, we’re seeking motivated, service-minded professionals to join our team as Phone Sales Representatives (1099 Independent Contractors).

Your Role as a Phone Sales Representative

In this phone-based role, you’ll connect with clients using pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required. You’ll guide them through their options, help them understand their coverage, and match them with the best-fit insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct phone consultations to assess each client’s unique needs
• Recommend tailored health, life, and supplemental insurance solutions
• Explain coverage options in simple, easy-to-understand terms
• Support clients through the enrollment process and beyond
• Build trust-based, long-term relationships through follow-up and service

What We Offer

• 100% Commission-Based Compensation
• Uncapped earning potential with monthly residual income
• First-year income potential: $80,000–$100,000+
• Year 2–3: $150,000–$250,000+
• Weekly Pay + up to 16 performance bonuses/year
