Phone Sales Specialist – Med Spa (Base + Commission!)

We are looking for a confident, money-motivated Phone Sales Specialist to join our growing med spa team in Boca Raton.

This is NOT a passive customer service role — you’ll be speaking with warm leads and converting them into clients for high-demand services like:

• TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy)
• Peptides
• Medical Weight Loss
• Sexual Health Treatments
• Hair Loss Solutions

If you’re comfortable on the phone, know how to guide conversations, build urgency, and close, this is a high-earning opportunity.

Compensation

• $17–$21/hour (based on experience)
• + Commission (uncapped earning potential)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
• Educate leads on services and guide them toward the right program
• Overcome objections and confidently close sales
• Follow up with warm leads
• Accurately track calls, notes, and conversions

What We’re Looking For

• REQUIRED: Phone sales, call center, or strong sales experience
• You are comfortable talking all day on the phone
• You know how to close deals, not just “inform”
• Strong communication + persuasion skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
