Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Phone / Takeout Specialist to join our dynamic hospitality team! Duties

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly with professional phone etiquette, taking accurate orders and providing friendly assistance
• Manage takeout orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate order fulfillment
• Greet guests in person with warmth and hospitality, assisting with their questions and guiding them through the ordering process
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the takeout area to ensure a welcoming environment
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Support overall restaurant operations by assisting with guest services, serving when needed, and upholding high standards of hospitality

Experience

• Prior host/hostess experience or food service background preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and kitchen staff
• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Previous restaurant experience or guest services background enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest relations and customer service excellence
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
