Job Summary
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Phone Triage medical assistant. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking medical guidance. Your energetic approach will ensure timely, accurate, and empathetic responses from the providers that support patient well-being and streamline clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient intake via phone, gathering detailed symptom descriptions and medical histories with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Assess vital signs, medication information, and other relevant health data to inform clinical decision-making.
  • Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Determine urgency levels based on symptoms.
  • Maintain a high level of patient service by demonstrating empathy, clear communication, and professionalism during every interaction.

Pay: $17.50 per hour
