Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years Photography Retouching experience in wedding, advertisement, fashion, or related industry
• Proficient in the use of industry-standard photography programs. Lightroom and Photoshop is a must
• Ability to effectively present ideas - both verbally and visually
• Strong communication skills with an ability to take constructive feedback
• Able to collaborate on projects in a team setting
• Strong eye for typography and hyper attention to detail
• Passionate about photography, graphic design, and technology
• Flexibility to put in extra hours if necessary
• Communicate promptly and clearly with clients, crew, etc

Job Summary

• Successfully produce concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Review and adjust art assets for all creatives to maintain a high standard of aesthetic quality
• Work closely with our team of dedicated photo experts for our in-house production team
• Effectively manage and organize multiple projects
• Cropping and resizing photos for final delivery
• Dedicated to digital photo retouching, color correction, and compositing.
• Hungry to learn, process-oriented, flexible and humble
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative setting
• Needs to be able to take direction well and be open to constructive criticism
• Valid driving license
• Attention to detail
• Solid work ethic required
• Client facing attire at all times
