Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Photo Editor & Retoucher to join our creative team. Duties

• Edit and retouch high-resolution photographs using industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, and Adobe Bridge to enhance image quality and consistency.
• Perform detailed photo manipulation to correct imperfections, adjust lighting, color balance, and composition for optimal visual impact.
• Create engaging motion graphics and video content utilizing Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Maya, Cinema 4D, and other video editing tools to produce compelling multimedia presentations.
• Manage content workflows through content management systems (CMS) and FTP platforms to ensure seamless delivery of final assets.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and content creators to develop cohesive visual narratives across various media formats.
• Apply typography principles and graphic design techniques using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign to craft visually appealing layouts for marketing materials.
• Maintain organized archives of digital assets while adhering to project deadlines and quality standards.

Experience

• Proven experience in photo editing, retouching, and post-production with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill and artistic vision.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign), Capture One, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Maya, Cinema 4D, Avid Media Composer or similar editing software.
• Familiarity with video production processes including filming, videography techniques, motion graphics creation, and content management systems.
• Strong understanding of photography principles such as lighting, composition, color grading, and photo manipulation techniques.
• Experience working with 3D animation (Maya or Cinema 4D) or 2D animation is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team. Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
