Photo Quality Control & Delivery Specialist

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Photo Quality Control & Delivery Specialist to ensure every image we deliver to clients meets our company’s high standards. This role is responsible for reviewing all edited photos, making any necessary corrections in Photoshop, and delivering the final images to clients through our portal.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining the consistency and quality of our brand. The ideal candidate is fast, efficient in Photoshop, extremely detail-oriented, and able to work under tight timelines.

This position requires availability in the mornings Monday through Saturday to ensure timely delivery of client galleries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review all edited photos from our editing team to ensure they meet company standards.
• Check for issues such as color balance, exposure, sky replacements, window pulls, object removal, and general image consistency.
• Ensure photos match the expectations communicated to the agent or homeowner.

Photo Editing & Corrections

• Use Adobe Photoshop to quickly make any required adjustments or corrections.
• Retouch and refine images when needed to meet final delivery quality standards.
• Ensure consistency across the entire photo set.

Photographer Communication

• Carefully review photographer notes for each shoot.
• Ensure all requested edits or special instructions from the photographer, agent, or homeowner are completed properly.
• Communicate with photographers if clarification is needed.

File Organization & Delivery

• Upload finalized images to our delivery platform/portal.
• Ensure files are correctly organized, named, and formatted.
• Deliver final galleries to clients in a timely manner.

Turnaround Management

• Work quickly and efficiently to meet company turnaround times.
• Monitor incoming shoots and prioritize urgent or same-day deliveries when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with the team regarding delivery timelines.

QualificationsRequired

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of real estate photos
• Excellent attention to detail
• Quick learner
• Ability to edit photos in Photoshop quickly without sacrificing quality
• Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to carefully follow written instructions and notes
• Available to work mornings Monday–Saturday

Preferred

• Experience with real estate photo editing
• Familiarity with sky replacements, window pulls, and compositing
• Experience with Lightroom and real estate photography workflows
