Photo Retoucher & Graphic Designer

Job Description:

Muddyearth is hiring 2 skilled Photo Retouchers / Graphic Designers to join our in-house creative team in Kolkata.
If you have an eye for detail, a passion for high-end photo editing, and love creating visually stunning wedding content—this is the perfect opportunity for you.

You’ll be responsible for retouching portraits, defining tones, enhancing skin quality, and designing posters, banners, and album layouts that reflect our premium wedding storytelling style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-end skin retouching and color correction for wedding and event photos
• Create and design posters, banners, social media creatives, and album layouts
• Maintain the brand’s visual consistency across all outputs
• Work closely with cinematography and design teams for project alignment
• Ensure timely delivery of all edited content
• Organize and manage photo archives efficiently

Who Should Apply:

• Fresher or experienced photo editors with good command of Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom
• Knowledge of Dodge & Burn, Frequency Separation, and Texture Retouching preferred
• Strong sense of color tone, composition, and detail
• Basic knowledge of layout design for album & banner creation
• Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced studio environment
• Passion for wedding and portrait photography aesthetics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
