You’ll be creating visual content for our jewelry brands with a strong presence in the U.S. and Canadian markets. Known for their refined design and customer-focused visuals, brands like Eternate rely on high-quality imagery. As a Photo Retoucher Intern, you’ll help shape the polished, premium look our audience expects. If you’re detail-oriented, have a sharp eye for aesthetics, and a passion for visual storytelling, we’d love to collaborate.

This is a paid internship. All related details will be discussed during our interviews. We expect at least 3 days of participation in the internship program with an on-site working model, and we can determine the working days by considering your class schedule.

Interns are expected to work on-site at our office in Umraniye, Istanbul.

Responsibilities:

• Support the editing of product and model images for e-commerce platforms, campaigns, and social media,
• Learn and apply basic retouching techniques such as skin retouching, tone and color correction, shadow/highlight adjustments, and background cleanup or replacement,
• Assist in preparing and optimizing visuals for multiple platforms and formats, ensuring consistency in resolution, color space, and aspect ratio,
• Help maintain visual consistency across different lighting setups and photoshoot conditions,
• Collaborate closely with photographers, graphic designers, and content teams to create on-brand, aesthetically strong imagery,
• Support the team during fast-paced production cycles by helping deliver accurate and consistent results,
• When needed, assist with technical file preparation or visual integration using Adobe Illustrator.

Qualifications:

• Interest in photo editing and retouching, with a desire to learn and grow in this field,
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, and willingness to improve skills,
• Basic familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus,
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interest in both product and model photography is a plus,
• Excellent eye for light, color, composition , and brand-aligned visual storytelling,
• Previous experience is a plus.
