Position Title: Photo & Video Editor

Role Objective
The Photo & Video Editor will be responsible for conceptualizing, editing, and producing high-quality visual content that aligns with the company’s branding and communication objectives. This role involves expertise across photography, videography, post-production, and design to create impactful marketing materials, digital campaigns, and promotional content for internal and external use.
Key Responsibilities
A. Photo Editing & Retouching
- Edit, enhance, and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Ensure color correction, exposure balance, and sharpness for professional-grade output.
- Maintain visual consistency and brand standards across marketing and communication materials.
- Optimize images for print, web, and social media platforms ensuring correct formats and resolutions.
- Maintain organized digital archives for edited and raw assets.
B. Video Editing & Production
- Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions to enhance storytelling.
- Perform color grading and sound balancing to achieve cinematic quality.
- Collaborate with marketing, corporate communication, and event teams to produce:
- Corporate videos
- Social media reels
- Advertisement campaigns
- Product demonstrations and internal training clips.
- Manage timelines and deliver content aligned with campaign schedules.
C. Graphic Design & Motion Graphics
- Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, and layouts for social media, websites, and print media using Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
- Develop logos, brand collaterals, posters, brochures, and event creatives.
- Create and animate motion graphics, visual effects, and 2D/3D animations using Adobe After Effects.
- Support creative direction for visual branding and maintain design alignment with company guidelines.
- Assist in concept development and execution of new campaigns or visual storytelling projects.

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Fine Arts, Media Studies, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Experience: 3–7 years of experience in photo, video, and graphic content creation in a corporate, advertising, or agency environment.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing photo editing, video production, and design projects is mandatory.
Work Environment
- The role is onsite, with occasional travel to company sites, events, or field locations for photography/videography assignments.
- Extended working hours may be required during marketing campaigns, product launches, or events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
