Duties

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos for marketing materials, social media, events, and product launches
• Edit and manipulate photos using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other editing tools to ensure vibrant colors and sharp visuals
• Conduct post-production work including color correction, photo retouching, and video editing with Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro
• Collaborate with art directors and marketing teams to develop visual concepts aligned with brand standards
• Manage color management processes to maintain consistency across all visual content
• Film engaging videos that include filming techniques, videography best practices, and storytelling elements
• Oversee social media management by creating compelling visual content that boosts engagement and brand awareness

Requirements

• Proven experience in photography and videography with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, and Final Cut Pro
• Knowledge of color theory, color management techniques, and photo editing/manipulation skills
• Familiarity with capture techniques for both still images and video production
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
• Strong understanding of art direction principles to craft visually appealing content
• Excellent communication skills to interpret creative briefs clearly and effectively
