Photographer / Administrative Officer

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Photographer / Administrative Officer to support both studio production and daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both shooting content and managing coordination behind the scenes in a fast-paced creative environment.

Administrative Duties

  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports (leads, bookings, studio utilization, payments, etc.)
  • Process client payments and track invoices/receipts
  • Communicate with clients via phone/WhatsApp/email: answer questions, confirm details, follow up on requests
  • Support sales managers with client quotations (prepare quotes, clarify requirements, send offers, follow up)
  • Coordinate and update booking information in internal trackers/CRM
  • Ensure all client requests and changes are documented and shared with the team
  • Maintain organized records of documents, agreements, and payment confirmations

Photography & Studio Responsibilities

  • Support to indoor and outdoor shoots
  • Assist set up lighting, backdrops, and camera equipment
  • Organize and back up photo/video files
  • Basic photo or video editing
  • Coordinate with editors to meet deadlines
  • Send final deliverables to clients

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/Russian is a plus)
  • Confident on calls and comfortable speaking with clients
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Basic finance/admin confidence: handling payments, invoices, confirmations
  • Fast with Google Sheets/Excel and basic reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
  • Prior experience in admin, customer service, studio/hospitality/sales support is a plus
  • Sending your portfolio for basic edits is a plus

Schedule (1 Day Off - Flexible schedule)

  • Fixed salary: AED 5,000 - 7,000/month
