Please Note: This role is specifically for AANA Studio, our sister brand specialising in the luxury Product Jewellery / Watches segment. North Cape Films and AANA Studio are two separate creative identities under one umbrella, each focusing on different verticals of brand content creation.

About the Role

AANA Studio is seeking a skilled Jewelry Photographer & Editor who can capture premium, high-end visuals tailored for luxury jewelry brands. This is not a generic product shoot role, we are looking for someone who understands the intricacies of jewelry photography: sharpness, sparkle, lighting control, and creative composition.

You will be responsible for end-to-end execution from capturing photographs to retouching and final delivery. This is a project-based, but ongoing engagement, depending on performance.

Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality, detail-focused photographs of jewelry (rings, necklaces, earrings, etc.)
• Handle styling, lighting, and composition as per AANA Studio's luxury aesthetic
• Retouch and edit photographs for final delivery — ensuring color accuracy, sparkle, and refinement
• Maintain consistency with AANA Studio’s visual identity
• Manage and maintain your own equipment and editing setup
• Collaborate with our creative team for concepts, moodboards, and brand alignment

Requirements

• Proven experience in product photography with a strong portfolio
• Deep understanding of lighting setups specific to reflective surfaces and gemstones
• Expertise in photo editing and retouching (Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, etc.)
• Must own professional-grade photography equipment and lighting
• Must have access to a personal editing workstation with high-resolution color calibration
• Strong attention to detail and a luxury-first visual approach
• Ability to work independently and meet quick turnarounds

Required Equipment & Setup

• Must have your own professional-grade camera and lens kit suitable for macro/product photography
• Must have a personal editing setup (calibrated monitor, editing software like Photoshop/Lightroom/Capture One)

Nice to Have

• Experience working with luxury brands
• Basic video shooting skills (for occasional short-form content)
